Practical Training is an essential part of Elestial Training's courses. The techniques taught will be demonstrated on a member of the class, then students will be required to practice on each other throughout the course.  This is to give you experience and confidence  of working with both receptive and resistant subjects. Practice sessions are always overseen by your tutor.

Classes are kept small enabling a  friendly, relaxed and more personal approach to your training.
